Major Difference between ARBs and ACEIs

ARBs mainly do not affect level of bradykinin like what ACEIs do so does not cause Angiodema allerrgy and bronchospasm and cough in many pts as Angiodema may lead to Stridor and patient death so many drs prefer to prescribe ARBs
